Our Mission Statement The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes,to provide Law Enforcement back up and support for all Augusta County Sheriff’s Office functions focused on increasing the safety of all

501(C)(3) Status The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office Foundation has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for 501(C)(3) tax exempt status. As of August 2 2018, we are officially exempt by the Internal Revenue Service.

Donations may be tax deductible under sections 170, 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult with your tax advisor for further clarification regarding the deductibility of your donations.

Proceeds and donations from our events will provide additional necessary funding aimed at uniforms, body armor, and essential equipment for the Sheriff’s Office Reserve Deputy Program.,
